July 2022: "It feels like the end of an era."
Wool Clip members announce there will be no future Woolfest events but thank everyone who contributed so much over the years.

Many Woolfest regulars will be aware that our great friend and colleague, Pam Hall, died last year. Everyone at The Wool Clip misses her a great deal and we wanted to do something at this year's Woolfest in honour (as well as in memory) of Pam.
We've combined her work with Herdwick sheep and their wool, her connection to Eden Valley Hospice and her sense of humour and there will be an auction of sheep-related craft creations in the Main Ring at Woolfest on Saturday 29 June in aid of the Hospice.
We'd welcome contributions of craft and art work (woollen or otherwise) and would also encourage you to bid in this auction so that we can raise a lot of money for a really important cause.
Further details (and images) will follow soon but here are a few ideas from members of The Wool Clip and their families - there's a bit of a Herdwick theme here but we're encouraging contributions relating to any breed of sheep.
